Terms of Service
Essential guidelines for working with FreqMode AV.
By booking with FreqMode AV LLC, you agree to the following: A deposit is required to secure services; full payment is due by the day of the event before finalizing setup. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Clients must provide accurate event details, safe setup conditions, venue access, and power. FreqMode is not liable for issues beyond our control, including weather, venue problems, or third-party delays. All media and visuals created by FreqMode remain our property unless agreed otherwise. Client information is kept private. These terms are governed by Texas law and may be updated at any time.
Service Scope
FreqMode provides professional DJ entertainment, LED video wall rentals, audio system solutions, and visual production services for private, corporate, and public events. Our offerings include full-service setup, on-site operation, and teardown of audio-visual equipment, as well as custom visual design and content playback when applicable. Services are tailored to meet each client's event needs, and all equipment is delivered, installed, and operated by trained FreqMode technicians. Client is responsible for confirming venue access, power requirements, and any permits or approvals necessary for setup and performance.
Project Terms
All projects require a signed agreement and deposit to begin. The client must provide accurate event details, including date, location, and access times. FreqMode will deliver, set up, and operate all agreed-upon equipment and services on-site. Any changes to scope, schedule, or location must be communicated in writing and may affect pricing or availability. Final payment is due before the event unless otherwise agreed. The client is responsible for ensuring safe working conditions, adequate power, and any necessary permits. Any damage to FreqMode equipment caused by negligence may result in additional charges. FreqMode retains rights to any original content created during the project unless otherwise specified. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All custom visuals, media content, designs, and creative works produced by FreqMode remain the intellectual property of FreqMode LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use the delivered content solely for the agreed-upon event or campaign. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification of FreqMode content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Payment Structure
Project fees are outlined in individual agreements. Final payment is due before project delivery.
Timeline & Communication
Project timelines are established in agreements. Response time during business hours is within 24 hours. Delays due to client feedback may affect project completion.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and implement appropriate data security measures. NDAs are available upon request.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate with written notice. Payment is required for completed work. Kill fees may apply as per agreement terms.
